Terms of Service

1. Who we are

GetIn is a product of Omaye Services Limited, a company registered in Nigeria with its office at [Registered business address], Nigeria. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Omaye Services Limited. “You” means the person using GetIn.

2. The service

GetIn is an online tool that helps you improve your CV for a specific job. You give us a job post and your CV (or notes about your experience), and we:

• give you a free assessment: a score for the job, the reasons your CV is likely to be filtered out, and follow-up questions; and
• for one credit, produce a version of your CV rewritten for that job, which you can download as a PDF.

We use artificial intelligence to produce these results. We may change, improve or remove features over time.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use GetIn.
• You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
• Give us a real email address you control. One person, one account.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.

4. Free checks

Each verified account can run a limited number of free checks per day, currently one. We may change this limit, and we may limit or block free use that looks automated or abusive, such as creating many accounts.

5. Credits and payment

• Rewritten CVs are paid for with credits. One credit is used for one CV rewritten for one job post.
• Credits are sold in packs at the prices shown on our pricing page, in Nigerian naira. Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are one-time, not subscriptions, and are processed by Paystack. We never receive or store your full card details. Your use of Paystack is also subject to Paystack's own terms.
• Credits are added to your account once Paystack confirms the payment. They do not expire while your account remains open.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account and can only be used on GetIn.
• We may change prices in the future. Changes never affect credits you have already bought.

6. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short, unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, and credits are restored if a rewrite fails because of a problem on our side.

7. Your content

• You keep ownership of everything you give us (your CV, notes, answers and the job posts you paste) and of the CVs we create for you.
• You give us permission to store and process that content only to provide, secure and improve GetIn, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You confirm you have the right to share the content you give us, and that the information about you is true.

8. Accuracy and results

• GetIn builds your CV only from information you provide. We don't add experience, qualifications or skills you haven't told us about. It is your responsibility to review every CV before you use it and to make sure it is true and accurate.
• Scores and reasons are an automated assessment of how your CV matches a job post. They are guidance, not a guarantee of how any employer or screening system will treat your application.
• We do not guarantee that you will be shortlisted, interviewed or hired. Hiring decisions are made by employers.
• AI can make mistakes. If something in a result looks wrong, don't use it, and tell us at support@getincv.com.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use GetIn to create false or misleading CVs, or to impersonate someone else;
• upload content that is illegal or that you don't have the right to share;
• try to get around usage limits, payments or security, including by creating multiple accounts;
• scrape, copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, or access it with bots or automated scripts;
• interfere with the service or other users.

10. Our intellectual property

The GetIn name, logo, website, software, prompts and CV design belong to Omaye Services Limited. These terms don't give you any right to use them except to use the service as intended.

11. Suspension and closing your account

You can stop using GetIn and ask us to close your account at any time by emailing support@getincv.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close your account without you having broken these terms, we will refund any unused credits.

12. Availability

We work to keep GetIn available and reliable, but we provide it “as is” and can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may need to pause it for maintenance or because of problems with our service providers.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost job opportunities, lost income or lost data. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to GetIn is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by Nigerian law, or your rights as a consumer under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the “last updated” date above, and for significant changes we will email you or show a notice in the app. If you keep using GetIn after a change, you accept the new terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We'll always try to resolve problems with you directly first. If we can't, disputes will be handled by the courts of Nigeria.
